Accounting Outsourcing & Financial Compilation

Our team helps converting  the management accounts and general ledger data into financial statements including relevant notes to the financial statements .  Financials  Compilation work also covers following:  

  • Collating and amalgamating financials information from various business components and/or subsidiaries of an entity. 

  • Review material transactions and identify material GAAP differences arising from component entities in local GAAP; and quantify GAAP differences for Group's adjustments. 

  • Performing group consolidation and drafting of group accounts. 

  • Presenting periodic financial analysis for Board's review.

We have readily available valuation team to offer one-stop solution to support internal valuation function of VC and PE funds management.
